Briliant mixer, I recomend this mixer to everyone!!!

I have always wanted a kitchen aid stand mixer and now I have one. It is solidly made, runs quietly and mixes cakes and bread perfectly. It’s a quality piece of kit and a must for any home baker. If you have thought about getting one but the price makes you think twice- just do it! You only live once. Just don’t tell that to James Bond??

Really happy with my new Kitchen Aid mixer. It is a brilliant machine. Very quiet and makes a light sponge! Because it is solidly built, it is much heavier than my previous mixer. At present, I haven’t purchased any attachments yet but it is something that I am looking into.

Is it expensive? Yes. But you are paying for the brand. KitchenAid mixers reputation for being well made is well and truly deserved. This mixer will probably outlast me and is easily expandable with the optional extra add-ons available. This is really a semi-pro mixer that will take anything you throw at it. From kneading bread dough to whipping up buttercream. One week in and I can't fault it.
