Initial set-up to achieve your perfect coffee is fiddly but certainly worth the effort. Much easier through the smartphone app. Being able to set up your perfect individual coffees for any mood is absolutely brilliant and the standard, built in drinks are excellent. Being able to simply adjust to taste and then save to a profile to recall at will is a luxury. If you love your coffee, enjoy a variety of brews, enjoy experimenting for perfection, then this is the coffee machine for you.

This machine can make so many types of coffee and the function to save profiles is really handy to save people’s favourites or if you want to save particular cup sizes. Using the hot milk by itself however, isn’t hot enough for a hot chocolate for example. But drinks are hot enough and can be set to extra hot. Overall great machine!

Out the box, this machine makes a terrible latte, at least to my taste. However, spend a bit of time tweaking your recipes and you'll soon find your perfect cup. The machine is far from perfect, it doesn't make a piping hot coffee if that's what you prefer, but whatever you make will be ready to drink without risk of scalding your lips! Cleaning cycles are constant, rinsing when you first switch on, quick clean after you've made a cup and then another rinse when you switch it off. That then leads to the drip tray needing emptied a lot, about 5 times in its first week alone! The upsides to this machine far outweigh the small negatives, this is an all round coffee machines that will exceed the needs of even the most demanding of coffee lovers. It's so feature packed and makes varieties of coffee you'll never have heard of. Don't listen to the negative reviews about the app not working, it does, you just need to set it up properly by going to the menu and pair your phone properly. Then all you need to do each time is turn on the coffee machine, open the app on your phone and wait a few seconds and it'll automatically connect each time. I highly recommend using the app when making your own recipes or adjusting the default ones, it makes life so much easier. Yeah it may be pricey, but it's worth every penny and a worthwhile investment

Bought to coffee machine for my partner and he’s so happy. Plenty choice of coffees and it’s lovely to have the possibility to choice witch coffee beans we used. Very nice :-)

This machine is fairly easy to use, and makes you the exact coffee you want each time, only floor that we have found is that the Bluetooth on an android phone does not work but apple products it does.

We brought this machine to replace our broken delonghi machine and we did not regret it! It is a lot of money but certainly worth the price. It makes the best cappuccinos and the milk comes out so silky and creamy and its great that you can adjust the amounts of everything. The aroma setting is good and makes a difference. Having 2 bean sections is great too. We got a free coffee kit with this machine with loads of good quality stuff included.

I’ve been using De Longhi Magnifica coffee machine for years thinking I’ve had the best coffee on the entire world...well, couldn’t have been more wrong. My new Melitta is giving me all what I could wish. Full of choices of the really tasty coffee, it’s easy to use and very intuitive. What is amazed me the most is how it is quiet no more waking up the entire house during making morning coffee. This is the best choice I could make.

Best coffee machine I ever owned. A bit struggling when first use but couple of days later easy as pie. Perfect looking and tasting coffee, I just hope it will last for long
