I found this machine definitely worth buying. Love the options to make a cup of coffee, just with click of a button from your smartphone. specially when you have children and you have other thing to take care of. Definitely would recommend.

Excellent product, excellent price, excellent delivery!

The auto cleaning facility after using the milk attachment is awesome; the option to tune the balance of ml of milk and coffee using the app means I get exactly what I want making a coffee.

It's only bad point and the reason for 4 and not 5 stars, is the frequency of which the large drip tray has to be emptied. We always keep a mug under the spout during power on/off and cleaning cycles, but even when not cleaning the milk system, which discharges straight into the tray, the large drip tray fills rapidly. The tray goes right through to the back of the machine and must be carrying out some sort of cleaning operation back there. That said, this is an absolutely brilliant machine. If you can't make your own perfect cup of coffee you're just not trying. The machine is so flexible that it will probably take a few attempts to get it just right. It can have 8 people's coffee recipes stored, named and available for easy selection with just a couple of touches, not just for 1 type of coffee but for several different ones. So you can have your very own version of cappuccino, latte, americano or whatever. Every cup brewed can be manipulated for strength, aroma, temperature, volume and bean type. There are 2 bean hoppers so you could even have different beans for different types of coffee. It also makes cappuccinos in the same way a barista does, coffee first then milk foam. The app is very useful for adjusting your different recipes, but just a gimmick for making the coffee, you still have to fill it with water and put mugs under the spouts. It's easier to just touch the panel a couple of times than fiddle with your phone. I would recommend this machine to anyone who liked coffee.

This is a great machine, I had been thinking about buying a bean to cup machine for a while and finally plumped first this machine as it seemed to offer the most features for the price. The dual bean hopper makes a nice addition to give alternatives on coffee, the control over strength and quantity from the touch pad makes it easy to use, the addition of the app allows you to explore receipts and settings. All in all a great machine that makes great coffee, delivered with AO’s usual speed and efficiency. If I had to pick anything that is slightly disappointing it would be the size of the wast water tray, it feels like you are forever emptying it especially if you use milk based drinks, but I’ll take that for the great coffees this machine produces

This machine makes lovely coffee. Only downside is the app which is absolutely rubbish. Instruction manual not good either. Still it makes great coffee and once you can operate it it’s brilliant

Amazing product. Very versatile with multiple options to suit individual needs. The best feature is that it is capable of making two drinks at one time. The downside is that it has a seperated water tank- i would have preferred this to be hidden away. Very sleek design and brilliant that it is able to be controlled via smartphone.

Very impressed by this coffee machine - the quality of coffee (both milky and espresso only) is amazing, it is also easy to use and has a lot of options to ensure your drinks tailored to your taste. Definitely worth its price. There are however some drawbacks: if you like your coffee stronger then be prepared that Melitta will go through your coffee beans supply very quickly :) The final snag is that mobile/Bluetooth application is not really reliable. However we are working around this by using the application only to configure the drinks and then exclusively use the coffee machine. Overall highly recommended!
