Made excellent coffee at first then broke just outside the warranty window. It was cleaned, descaled and cared for in accordance with the manual and Melitta washed their hands of it. Previous coffee makers from other manufacturers have lasted years and years. Very disappointed in the end

Decent coffee milk isn't hot enough though

Wow what a real difference proper coffee makes. It is a simple one touch machine that can generate any type of coffee imaginable. The quality and reproducibility is simply phenomenal and pleasure to drink each time. The dual bean caddy comes in more handy than I'd imagined allowing you to prepare drinks with different beans; and there is even a hatch for pre-ground coffee to be added The only gripe is the manual is not as obvious as you would like, but you are only a YouTube video away from finding out. It isn't the cheapest bean to cup machine on the market, but the extra luxury and convenience is well worth the cost.

We haven’t had the machine for long,but we just love it. We moved from a Nespresso Vertuo machine that all it did was cause problems. Now the smell of fresh coffee in the morning is just amazing and the taste just makes you want to have another coffee just for the fun of it.

Amazing machine. Easy to use and most important- makes really good cup of coffee. Yes, it requires some maintenance- checking water level and cleaning, but it is super easy and quick. One thing is certain, high street coffee shops just lost a client as I can now enjoy great cappuccino without leaving my house

I could not be happier with my new automatic bean to cup coffee machine. The Barista TS Smart has so many options and I will definitely enjoy trying the many recipes already programmed into it. Quality of coffee is superb and the consistency is excellent.

My new coffee maker is versatile and offers a range of recipes for smooth, tasty coffee. The operation is quiet and it makes very little mess. I would have liked the digital display to be larger - the assumption is that only sweet young things with 20/20 vision drink coffee.
