Very slow running product. Not happy at the fact if I want to return this item they take 30% off the amount paid for it. I’ve only had it 19 days. This was not explained to me me when customer care called all they was interested in was selling me cover for it.

To be honest, I expected more. I thought it would be a regular-sized laptop, but it's quite small. It had some issues at the beginning, like sudden crashes, but I believe it might be due to the system and its support capacity. However, it's worth it for light work or when you're bored and want to watch a movie.
