Dualit, just quality.

So far this kettle seems really solidly built, functions well and I am pleased with it. I'm hopeful it will last.

Very good and well made but small defect near the base meant a replacement was necessary. Replaced with no hassle - good service from AO

Good product but dropped a star because the first one we received had a minor defect (light stopped working). Got a replacement really quickly though so can't fault the customer service. Really like the solid build quality and the fact that my hand doesn't get burned by the steam like it did with out old kettle. Overall a really good design and a quality product.
