Now we’ve had the Hive hub fitted, not self installed but professionally, the difference in bills is remarkable, we have PAYG meters and have never been able to switch the boiler off after 7 years, when the boiler was installed the engineer couldn’t connect the Worcester wave that came with it. So from topping up £35-£40 a week, it’s now down to around £20. Best investment I’ve made in a long time. 5 ??

No problem to install. Love the fact that I can control it from my phone as previous thermostat was very difficult to operate. Would recommend to anyone.

I had been struggling with the Thermostat I had fitted with my new Combi Boiler and in fact I had it replaced on two occasions before deciding eventually to change to a Hive Thermostat. The Hive is an excellent product offering much greater flexibility and I love the way I can control it from my I-Phone. Having better control ensures my Gas Bill will be reduced which is so important with the present high cost of fuel. Although some DIYers would be able to install it I decided to ask my local electrician to fit it for me which he did in less than 2 hrs. I am really pleased with the product.

Perfect replacement for our aging hard wired controller. Love the ability to switch on the heating from the car on way home.

Yet to install professionally, but well packaged. Feels classy and well made. Turn knob on the thermostat has some resistance which is comfortable. I will post an update once it is installed and functioning.
