This is the Hue light to go for.

    5/5
If you’re wondering which Hue light to go for between this, the Boom and the Iris, this is the one to go for; they’re all around the same price; the Boom is smaller put has a fixed position, and the Iris is much bigger and only slightly brighter. The Go 2.0 isn’t big nor small, its just the right size and you can position it either tipped at and angle or pointing upwards with the light radiating all around (which the other two don’t really do), plus you can unplug it and use it on its battery power.

    Love this!

    5/5
Love this light! We bought our first one when our daughter was born to make nighttime feeds that but easier without having to put the main light on. We now use that one as a nightlight in her room and she loves that she can pick the colour! We’ve now just had our second baby and we bought another one straight away for the same reason. Love that it can be controlled using our phones and there’s so many options. The battery life is great too.

Very clever tech - make sure you download the app

    5/5
This is a game changer. I've no idea why some folks are passing this off as 'ok'. Download the app and there's a whole host of different lights transitions and alarms you can set up. Also with the app, you can set a countdown timer to save you getting up to turn it off (lazy right). All these features aside, the best is waking up to a slow brightening light in the morning, which has made getting up, much easier, especially in winter. Now buying my 2nd and the bridge so I can set this up with the TV. This is also £9 cheaper now than when I purchased this in December.

    philips hue go 2

i really love this.. probably the best out of my hue system..very easy to set up like all hue product's..and also charges up so can be unplugged from mains power and run on internal battery also without a bridge..just use the small button on the back to cycle through the colors... another excellent product from philips...

    OK

Fairly reliably does what it's supposed to do. Sometimes turns off for no reason, is a little weak when working from batteries, but a nice thing to have for dining outside in summer. At £69 it's not great value in my opinion.

    RGB addiction

    5/5
I have a Philips Hue addiction but don't drink, don't smoke so what the hell. Grabbed another four of these whilst black Friday discount code was on. Stock went quick so glad got in early. These are a tad brighter than the prev gen, being the Bluetooth 2.0 model. Have the Hub so it can take 50 Hue lights. If you run on Bluetooth I believe you can go to ten.

Love these lights. I have them working with my Philip Hue HDMI Sync Box and they just are great! Battery life is good and I love that they are portable! Well worth the money.

    Great portable light

Great light. v2 has much better battery quality than the previous one and it is a bit brighter.
