    Having previously regularly used a well known air fryer I was very surprised to find this one is better and quicker. We had even previously bought a new basket for the old version as we were pleased with that one and had used it on a daily basis. The Ninja is quieter and easy to use and seems to cook items quicker and with a crisper finish. The Ninja product is cheaper than the previous alternative version and seems to be well made. In particular the handle of the basket is far more robust and the basket is easy to clean. Thoroughly recommended product.

    18m in with infrequent use until now and it’s dead! Really disappointing with the 12m warranty … it’s invaluable and is in pristine condition and it’s not the fuse either ??

    BEWARE - No English Manual Available

    BEWARE! I just received my Ninja Max air fryer WITHOUT a manual in English! It was Arabic! And it’s not one of those multi-language manuals. I called AO and they called Ninja (apparently) to see if they could send out a manual. Ninja told AO allegedly that they don’t send out “extra” copies. I insisted this was not an extra copy but the original but no difference! AO kept referring me to a link to get one online but I don’t have a printer and besides I want a proper manual. The man at AO said he was having difficulty saving the manual to Word so he could send it to me because the website wanted him to pay to download it and he said AO won’t do that. So much for AO customer service!

    It might be me but so far I’ve had disasters! Half the chips are raw, other half are almost burnt, that’s with shaking mid cook as directed. I really wish I hadn’t bought it! Takes up a lot of room and I can’t see us using it much.

    The product was and is very good. The only problem was with the delivery I changed my arrangements and waited in all day, no show . Phone customer service, they were unable to give me a new time and day. Following a second phone call the next day I was given a time slot between which was for any time within 12 Hours., ending at 19.00hrs that evening. The parcel arrived at approximately 16.30.     Thought it would cook evenly but food on a higher tier cooks first so have to move food around. Finding the roasted vegetables dry and chips Overcooking. Early days for me so maybe it will improve with use.
