LOVE THE OVEN. IT'S EASYTO USE & NO PROBLEMS AT ALL APART FROM THERE WAS NO RACK IN THE GRILL PAN WHICH I FIND A BIT BAFFLING.

Nice and easy to use. Im glad it doesn't have overcomplicated features. Nice that it has clear glass to see your cooking.

Looks great, simple to fit. Did not come with a plug though.

Great product which is amazingly priced. Product is powerful and cooks any food type to a delicious standard. Worth buying if you want a solid product that is affordable and delivers results at the same time.

Bought this cooker after our last gave up. Fit in really nice into the kitchen and looks good. The only issue I would like to make is that the beeper is very quiet and when in another room is difficult to catch. but the timer stays on show when running down so you can easily see if it has finished. The lamp is positioned at the top-middle of the oven so the light is very good and it also doubles up as a proving compartment when preparing dough. In summary an all round great cooker.

Great service as always from ao.com but after unwrapping and installing we have noticed one of the control knobs is slightly out of alignment so gets stuck now and then. Will try to sort that out but in general great value for money.

Our old (18 year old) Neff oven had backed up, so we went on the AO website and ordered a new one. Ordering was simple and the oven was delivered a few days later. Great oven and service.

Bought as an emergency replacement when our old oven failed on Easter Sunday. As it was a built in oven we had to get the same size replacement. The website made it easy to find this with all the relevant information right there. Delivery was exactly as promised so we had the minimum possible time without an oven. Thank you AO lifesaver. The new oven was simple to fit and is performing well and we are happy with it.
