We had the older model of this washing machine and was happy with it, so when we needed an upgrade we stuck with what we know. We were impressed. Large drum, lots of different cycles which I have actually used, i normally only stick to two. It is SO QUIET! I had to check it was running the first few times I set it going as I couldn’t hear it . It looks stylish too. Ordering and delivery was spot on too. Honestly I can’t fault it.

Very happy with this purchase. Already have a BEKO dryer so it matches well. Great features, quiet while running and good value for money. Can’t ask for more.

Great upgrade to the previous Beko machine which lasted well over 12 years. Hope this one will continue with the tradition and make it together with other two Beko appliances - fridge/freezer and dishwasher!

I chose this machine because it is A rated and because of the 28 minute full load wash option. As we have free electricity from solar panels when it's sunny the slightly increased power use from this programme is not an issue and it works fine at 30 deg. I also use the Eco programme at 40 deg. for grubbier laundry, which means I can safely leave the washer running while I go for a walk. It easily has the capacity to cope with the laundry of our two person household. Negatives: There are far more programmes than I need and I have zero interest in running it from my phone by Bluetooth. The machine is very heavy and it was a bit of a struggle for my husband to position it in a tight gap. The big door at the front is kind of ugly! Overall: So far, it's performing well. No regrets about the purchase.

Great machine and so quiet had to look to make sure it was working. Easy to use the programmes and love the quick wash and ability to alter the spin speed and temperature for it highly recommend this machine.

Easy to use, count down timer is a huge bonus, no more guessing when it might finish the cycle! Spin is higger than my previous machine, yet the washing seems too wet at the end of the cycle ao having to extra spin each wash

We had to send this back & buy a Zanussi as the Beko was juddering, moving across the kitchen floor and jammed itself against the side wall of the space it was in. (A friend who knows a bit about this, said that it was possible that the weights inside it were out of balance.) AO were highly efficient in collecting the Beko and installing the Zanussi, which is working really well and very quietly.
