Have had this washing machine for a month and am impressed with how quiet it is (it's in an open plan kitchen/lounge and I can hear TV over spin cycle!) and how straightforward it is to use - all functions clearly displayed. Have also noticed an improvement in stain removal and smell of clothes after washing from previous washing machine. It has a Quick wash function, but it's either 30 or 15 mins. Full cottons load takes close on 3 hours. A shame it doesn't have a cycle somewhere in between, like a 60 or 90 minute 'everyday' wash for clothing that isn't stained but still needs a reasonable agitated wash. But, on the whole, very happy with my choice of machine! And the 8kg weight limit is the right size for our family of 3 - doing about 3 washes a week of clothes, sheets/towels.

Great product, much quieter than our old model. Plenty of useful features and the large loading door is a bonus.

I love this machine so far. It is a little more economical to run than most but still has all the programmes you might ever need; it is also quiet and cleans well. I like the light that it has too, because for once I can actually see into the darkest recesses of the machine!

Great machine quiet, the only issue the drum light has stopped working and i have only had the machine for a month.

So far , works well. Quite easy to use. Clothes are clean, the extra spin speed means they come out with less water content which is useful.

This replaced my 12 year old Hotpoint, I have never had a Beko before but I am very happy with the machine. It washes very well and deals with stained clothes much better than my last machine. It is quiet which is important to me as I live in a small flat with a combined kitchen and living room and it's nice to be able to hear the TV while the washer is on. The drum light is a great idea for helping to find the last sock hiding in the drum. No complaints at all so far !!

Would be a much higher rating if there was a big red warning sticker on the machine to tell you to remove the transportation safety bolts before use. Fortunately I'm enough of a nerd to read the manual from cover to cover to find this out - but I'm wondering if those complaints about machines being really noisy (or the glass front shattering!) might not have done this step?
