Great washing machine, however the touch panel could be better as we had some trouble with the start/pause button not activating every time. Actual buttons would be an improvement! The app works well.

High capacity. Easy to use with a 28 minute setting and variable temperature down to 20 degrees. Quieter than our previous washing machine. Fast and friendly delivery from AO as always!

Far more than we expected, auto mode is great! The light at the beginning and the end of a cycle is really useful, but so is the option to add that missing sock when the drum is empty of water... (sock pic with + sign)

I'm so pleased with this washing machine, it's absolutely brilliant value for money. The best thing is being able to download specialist wash programmes using the app and being able to wash a full load of clothes in 28 minutes. The service from AO was excellent!

Quiet efficient wash. Really like the auto dosing of washing liquid and conditioner. Spin cycle really leaves clothes semi dry, halving the time needed in the tumble dryer. Very happy.
