The slide-and-hide door is a definite plus, it ses well made, and it looks good, It seems to be very accurate and even for baking. On the downside, there are so many different settings, you can't just set a temperature and throw stuff in the oven. Every time we use it, we have to refer to the manual and try to understand what the different symbols mean, and what it will mean for the pizza I want to put in it. More like an incubator in neonatal unit than a kitchen appliance. I also suspect that in time, the symbols will wear off (thin black paint on stainless steel) and then we won't have a clue what the settings are. But hey, that's the 21st century oven I guess. It's ok, but I think something with half the features and half the price would have been fine or better for what I want out of an oven

Early days with this oven but so far impressed with the quality of the cooking. Love the side and hide door. Only downside is that it is far noisier than its Neff predecessor whilst getting to temperature.

The oven is exactly as described on the website, was delivered on time by extremely polite drivers. Cannot fault the service, will definitely use again.

Haven’t installed it yet but delivery fantastic and AO was the only place that had them in stock so amazingly impressed!

Not quite the same as the old neff it replaced but the lining is more like the ols enamel finish even though it has the pyrotechnic cleaning,the old panels never looked clean! The oven has more new features including gentle circlotherm and seems to cook at a slightly lower temprature in the same time, a bonus with rising fuel prices. Bit sceptical about the oven light at first as it is smaller and the old oven had bulbs in the doors but it gives an excellent light and being nearer the front should make inevitable bulb changing easy. The slide and hide door is the star feature and is why we purchased another Neff

Brilliant, I have shoulder issues and struggle to get things in and out of the oven without burning my self. With this oven the door slides under . Therefore I can get close to the oven.
