What a great vacuum cleaner. Lighter than the previous version and performs great on all surfaces. I moved away from Dyson for a little bit but competition did not stand up in my opinion, so glad we chose to move back, the next day service was fantastic too with really helpful drivers. Notwithstanding that the original price was competitive with the companion, being a member reduced the overall price considerably. The Dyson ball animal is lightweight, simple to operate and extremely quit. We're extremely delighted with the customer service, price and the build quality of the hoover
