Ordered oven online on the Friday delivered on the Sun 8.00am they removed old oven fitted new oven took old oven to recycle, delivery guys so polite, cooked my roast same day no hassle perfect! Highly recommend and will use again! five star rating thank you AO.com

Delivery and recycle was brilliant. However, the item has arrived with a faulty internal light. This is a bit of an inconvenience but other than that the oven is great value for money, big capacity and easy to use. Once the light issue is resolved this will be a 5* review.

So far we are very pleased with how the oven cooks - it is much better than our last two ovens! However, it might be the noisiest oven we've ever heard! It's so loud that we joke the oven is preparing for take off when we turn it on. Wouldn't be an issue for a separate kitchen, but might not work best in an open plan if you frequently entertain.

Looks good and does the job but tripped the fuse several times during the initial heating up period, lots of smoke as well but works ok now. Still a slight smell after a weeks use and possibly cooks food slower than my previous oven.

Ordered virtually the same oven as the one it was replacing. No fan, but actually prefer how it cooks, especially pizza and oven chips. I hope to have a new kitchen in a couple of years so didn't want to spend a lot and needed it to fit in the housing unit without any alterations. I paid for fitting (£100) and tbh my husband could have done it but hindsight isn't a good thing!!! ??
