Please be aware that this model doesn't come with a small brush. It only has a crevice nozzle as extra. Quite difficult to clean the staircase without it.

The product works very well, however I am really annoyed at Bosch I have an 18v Bosch drill and the batteries look exactly the same as those on the cordless handheld Vacuum but the do not fit. Probably done on purpose by Bosch so that you have to buy more batteries from them. AO were very good though!

Very good product, it has a turbo option which is useful for the carpet.

Wonderfully convenient to use, excellent suction for a small device. Would recommend it to anyone needing to downsize.

Unexpectable for this brand is the first product received is a faulty one. The pipe could not fit with the nozzle. AO exchanged with a new one quickly. This product is a simple model, good enough to clean the carpet or hard floor. But without any anti-hair design, that means cleaning the hair at the nozzle manually is a must.

Not much better than a dustbuster. Maybe mine is faulty, battery dies after 5 minutes and it struggles to pick up anything, I think I may have to return, its not going to be used complete waste of money.
