Had this for about 2 weeks now weeks fine clothing coming out better very happy with it

I was really sceptical about buying an integrated heat pump dryer after lots of research and reading such mixed reviews. I chose the Candy mainly because of the dimensions and worried about what people said of the condensation build up with other makes. I am SO glad I went ahead and bought this machine; it has transformed my life! I have mostly used the eco cotton cycle which takes 2.5 hours to dry a load of washing. Initially I double spun the washing to make sure it was wasn’t going into the dryer too wet, but I’ve forgotten to do that now and everything comes out dry, or almost dry, which is great if ironing or I fold it to put in the airing cupboard…or dry for a bit longer in the machine. I’m not sure what some people are doing to have damp washing after six hours in the machine….heat pump dryers do work in my experience and don’t take hours as some have suggested. I would’ve given it five stars but it is noisier than I expected. A small price to pay though for such a great machine!

Exactly what we needed! Very energy efficient in the the time we need it most!

The machine is good and replaced an existing built in / integrated appliance. The frustrating part is that there isn't a 'standard' height for the door hinges across manufacturers so new holes had to be cut into the door for the hinges to make it fit, leaving the old holes exposed (covered with available inserts but still not great)

Fitted in well. Works ok although as yet have not tried the remote control or quite figured out all the various programme options.

its a ok tumble drier but takes ages to dry clothes in comparison to a standard one .

As the tumble dryer was an emergency buy and it was the only one I could get with the fixings on the front for the door, I had to pay this stupid high price £590! It was delivered no problem at the time that was stated. I came to my elderly parents to put it in and get it set up, only to find no instruction booklet! This thing has dozens of settings, without an instruction book I was screwed! I couldn’t even work out how to set the language. I phoned AO who are sending another booklet pack out. Hopefully I can sort out an easy program for mum and dad to use. But without any instructions it baffled me.
