Great product, well worth the money

I was really sceptical about buying an integrated heat pump dryer after lots of research and reading such mixed reviews. I chose the Candy mainly because of the dimensions and worried about what people said of the condensation build up with other makes. I am SO glad I went ahead and bought this machine; it has transformed my life! I have mostly used the eco cotton cycle which takes 2.5 hours to dry a load of washing. Initially I double spun the washing to make sure it was wasn’t going into the dryer too wet, but I’ve forgotten to do that now and everything comes out dry, or almost dry, which is great if ironing or I fold it to put in the airing cupboard…or dry for a bit longer in the machine. I’m not sure what some people are doing to have damp washing after six hours in the machine….heat pump dryers do work in my experience and don’t take hours as some have suggested. I would’ve given it five stars but it is noisier than I expected. A small price to pay though for such a great machine!

Fantastic dryer, love the door and the tray to empty the water overall over the moon with it.

Brilliant tumble dryer just takes longer to dry clothes just need to get used to it otherwise would of been 5 stars.

Great product so far. Not that easy to set up the integrated door so haven’t fully been able to fit it out selfs. Drys the clothes really well and they are coming out much softer than my previous dryer.

Bought this item to replace a previous intergrated tumble dryer, not a lot of choice on the market. Should be noted this takes 3 times as long to dry clothes, would of preferred a vented dryer which seem to work much quicker, resorted to double spinning clothes to quicken up the drying process as seems to be needed to be on all day. Excellent service from AO, I would not recommend the product if you have room go for a vented dryer.

I needed a dryer that would fit in a small space and this was the only one I could find. It has a lot of features that I don't need but it dries the clothes adequately. I need to leave a window open as it does cause some condensation but not enough to be a problem. It's very easy to empty the tank and clean the filter. The programmes take ages but I'm told it is more economical than my old dryer.
