Did my research before purchasing and it had not disappointed. Takes some time to get the grind and fill level and milk just right but that's down to the user not the machine.

This is by no means a cheap product but it certainly does deliver on value. Having bought the smaller Sage Bambino during the first lockdown, it served us very well and was used on a daily basis. After moving to a new property at the start of the year and whilst still working from home we decided to treat ourselves to this badboy. Whilst still on sale it was the cheapest price around and delivery was quick and hastle free. It's definitely an investment and it differs slightly from the bambino but value wise it really is worth it when you compare the price of smaller ones plus a separate burr grindr as I had purchased before. Very sleek and not as big on the counter as one might expect so fits in nicely.

Easy to use machine that makes great coffee if you get the right beans, grind size and packing density! It’s well worth experimenting to get the taste you like.

Love this machine, our first ‘proper’ coffee machine. Feels sturdy and well made. Clear operating instructions and we are enjoying the whole coffee making ‘ritual’. It’s a bit messy but the machine cleans really quickly and looks good on our kitchen worktop. Love that it uses beans and ground coffee as we like both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee. Compact and neat. Would definitely recommend.
