Not entirely satisfied. Installation was tricky because the instructions were dreadful -- just cryptic pictures and no words to explain things. Once deciphered, the actual fixing mechanism was inadequate, meaning that although the left hand side is fixed to the enclosure with screws, the right hand side is not fixed. It uses a piece of metal which has to be precisely positioned depending on the thickness of the enclosure panel, which I assume is supposed to press against the panel, even cutting in a little, to stop movement. It doesn't work -- the right hand side is not anchored and the microwave can be pulled out a little on that side. Not very secure, though perhaps not a problem because the door is electrically operated -- you press a button to open it rather than having to pull it open. The microwave itself is great -- works very well. I would prefer if the buttons lit up when the door is opened so you can see what buttons to press in the dark, but that is probably a niche requirement.

This was one of the few good brand microwaves that was also small enough to fit in a wall mounted kitchen cabinet (Microwave cabinet from DIY Kitchens). Now it's been fitted it looks excellent, and so afr has been great in use, cooks quickly, much quieter than previous microwave and the done sound isn't ridiculously loud.

Microwave is great to look at and is easy to use. Would recommend this product at any time.

It not only looks great but also heats really well, even at 800w better than my old 900w.

Nicely designed, chic intergrated microwave. Simple to use, and something not mentioned on the information is that the opening function is automatic which is a nice touch. Thought it would be 'in-your-face' as it's all black, but it looks great in my new light grey kitchen. My only negative is that for it's hefty size, the cavity is deceivingly small, but it is still the size of a standard microwave, so no biggy - hence my 4 star rating rather than 5. Overall, I love it.
