Good product but arrived in a reseated box with a small dent on top of it and although box wasn’t damaged the protection inside was broken and parts of it missing! The seal inside the draw was also hanging off! It’s more like a seconds or refurbished than brand new. Not impressed won’t use them again

I purchased along with a built in single oven and built in microwave / cooker. They certainly don’t disappoint! Aesthetically and practically this unit is great. It warms plates and keeps food hot. The real test will be XMAS but for now I’m definitely not disappointed! Highly recommend.

We are happy with our new kitchen gadget. Saves microwaving plates, just put them in the drawer and they are warm. It looks great underneath our Bosch oven too

Quality product, simple to install in cabinet. Sleek appearance which looks well when sat beneath Bosch combination microwave oven. Drawer suitably deep to hold a number of plates / dishes / trays etc.

Seems ok but then I am not the user, just the installer. Don't like the push to open as the other one had a handle to pull open. Rubber mat on the drawer base seems flimsy, just hope it lasts. Overall a good product.
