Brilliant washing machine & great value for money - we’ve always had Hotpoint machines in the past (until the last one - mistake) & we are delighted with this one! It’s quiet, easy to use and easy to attach kitchen cupboard door. Only downside was - unable to attach extender bars to bottom to make it taller - holes were misaligned, so it’s slightly lower than cupboard. Still happy with purchase though.

Free delivery, this washing machine has lots of settings that you may need but a plus is that it has a energy saver button to reduce time on most programmes and also a start delay which is great for setting your machine to come in early, so washing is ready to hang out when your get up in the morning. As always trust Hotpoint as never had a problem with them.

Well, the machine being a hotpoint you know it's built for the job, it's the backup service which shines, had an issue with removing 1 of the transit bolts, rang AO who instantly contacted hotpoint themselves who spoke to me straight away and sorted the queries i had, superb backup, and yes the machine compared to our old one is whisper quiet, also the wash times are quicker than it states on the clock, must be an intelligent system so a real result, it's like anything in life, if you want a quality machine, buy a quality manufacturer.

Overall very happy with this machine. There are some programmes take a long time but In this day and age when clothes are changed regularly and not really dirty, the shorter programmes are fine. My previous machine was a Hotpoint and this was a replacement after 7 years. Cannot fault.

For the price of this machine (compared to others we were looking at), this machine is well worth it. It was a breeze to install and AO were very helpful in getting it into our kitchen. I’d use AO again for sure, they came when they said they would.
