The product is superb. Great make and very quiet. Service has never been matched by any supplier. Justin who delivered machine and fitted it done a first class job. Mark who was with Justin was very tidy removing machine and new one in house. Thank you AO to supplying the machine at a great price and fitting. I will be back for more. Keep going strong. Ticks all the boxes, seems to do well even at 20 c setting. Cycles a bit long but that is only slight criticism so far

Had it a week now. So far so good. Quieter than expected, clothes come out smelling great. Delivery service was superb, perfect customer service.

One thing I would say is that it is lower than my old hotpoint the adjusting feet are very short. If you need it to be higher then you have to purchase an extra kit. That said it works well.

Very happy with this machine - only niggle is that there are limited options for a quick wash.

So far the product has worked well. I did have a query regarding the machine and contacted AO. The query was dealt with swiftly and AO provided great customer service in conjunction with Hotpoint.
