The oven feels very cheap. It only comes with one shelf. We need two. The brand website does not offer shelves alone to buy as extras

Bought this exact model 8 years ago and for a cheap oven it was great. This new one however isn’t a patch on the old version. Doesn’t get anywhere near as hot and for some reason the fan now cuts out when the oven is up to temp, almost defeats the object of having the fan in the first place. The performance is far too hit and miss for baking cakes or bread and for a decent roast spud I tend to just put it on full whack and keep an eye on it.

not impressed, cooking times to fully cook anything are way longer than they should be and I am concerned that the food is actually fully cooked. I need to now get an oven thermometer to check just what temperature the oven is actually at against the temp dial setting. I was going to register with Baumatic for parts and service, but starting to think why, I may have to replace this after a month of use.

Very stylish looking - love the chrome and black combination. Easy enough to use but doesn't cook food properly. Food that has supposed to cook in 20 minutes is still not properly cooked in double the time. Read another review very similar to mine. Read the instructions and know I am using the correct settings so unfortunately I would not recommend this product.

Works as an oven should work. The timer does not work at all ??

One star it looks nice and one star for nice baumatic customer services when we had it delivered with a part missing. Now the bad bits. Does not seem to heat to correct temperatures. My wife has spent most of her working life in catering,she immediately spotted the temperature was low. I watched her take a baking tray out with her bare hands while it was set at 180 degrees. Cooked a garlic flatbread with oven set 20 degrees higher than bread instructions, should take 8 to 10 mins still not cooked at 20 mins. Scampi should take 12 mins still not crisp at 40 mins. Requested an engineer appointment. He arrived snorting,sneezing and dripping round the kitchen pointed infrared thermometer at oven thermostat (very top of oven) and declared it correct. This is a fan oven and should spread heat evenly throughout but the fan stops when the oven thinks it has reached temperature.I assume as an energy saving measure. Our oven thermometer consistently reads lower than set temperature up to 50 degrees lower. Now the timer bell has stopped working three weeks in. There is no confidence in being able to cook a meal for a particular time. In fact I will cook some chicken for the stated time and temperature and challenge a baumatic engineer to eat it, go on I dare you.

I had it installed yesterday and it doesn't heat up, which is kind of its only job. It gets two stars because the grill does work - as the only source of heat in my kitchen, I'm finding out a hundred new ways to cook food under a grill that I never knew existed. AO told me to contact the manufacturer, then when I complained, booked in an engineer themselves but not for another two weeks time. I'm sure it's a great oven when it works - I just wouldn't know what that was like.

Not my favourite oven, if I had the option to buy again I would give it a miss. Only one shelf and the grill tray doesn't have a handle. The fan is intermittent and I don't know if it's supposed to be like that or there is a fault. My previous fan assisted ovens, the fan has been constant. When you put the timer to max the oven automatically switches off, which means if you were cooking for longer than 2 hours you have to restart your oven. There is also a burning smell which has been there from the first use, which you expect on a new oven but not after 9 months of use.
