So far the BOV 820BSS oven has not been used to it's full capacity, so the 5th star is pending. However the build quality, performance and versatility of this oven is actually better than my main oven, and is certainly more convenient to use.

A great little oven that is multi functional, economic for me and husband and i can still make a great cake in it.

What's not to love about this - it saved our Christmas lunch after our main oven broke down. It cooked a fab turkey crown without stress and has been an absolute workhorse in the kitchen in the run up to the day itself! After having been used to cremated offerings from our old oven, perfectly cooked food has been an absolute joy!

As our oven had broken just before we were having our kitchen redone, we needed a stopgap until then. This mini oven is perfect. It has a variety of function settings and comes with baking tray and pizza tray. Does a good job on all settings and the timings seem just right for cooking times. Think we might need to find room for it in our new kitchen layout!

I bought this out of desperation when my new full size oven did not fit into the 'standard' space. It's a delight to use. There were similar ovens on the market, but this had a higher power rating and more varied functions. So far, so excellent. The oven preheats and cooks up to 220 degrees, the grill grills evenly, the toaster toasts beautifully, the bake bakes smoothly and quickly and at eye level you can see exactly what's going on inside. There are only three reasons it lost a star: first, the casing seems to mark easily, although it is also easy to clean; second, the inside trays rattle around when not in use - of course, you can take them out, but you shouldn't have to, and third, you can't pause without resetting the timer. These are minimal imperfections in an imperfect world. Even if you have a full size oven, this makes a useful extra, and if you don't, you might not need one.

Seemed at first to be small but has now become our go to cooker rather than our large main oven. It does the job efficiently and without fuss. It’s a great little oven and I wouldn’t be without it now.

Appearance excellent.Function,and controls,as described.lnstruction booklets’ content very useful,in terms,of contents,operation,and safety. However,I have found it difficult to use,at times,and would suggest that the booklet,has illustrated examples,of cooking processes. The videos,that I have seen,could also be improved,by showing somebody,using the product,when preparing and cooking,suggested meals.This is particularly important,if this oven,is replacing larger appliances.
