Pros first. The cooling function is brilliant just what I needed in this warm weather. Love how can control using the app so can control using alexa. How simple it is to use even with remote. Cons. The plastic tubing could be more flexible The unit is noisy but you do get use to it.

Noisy as anything doesn't cool the room. Hose is far to short to reach any windows. Would not recommend. And as oa don't accept returns as they should if its been took out the box and tested now stuck with a machine to collect dust

This device only has 2 fan speed settings not 3 as described on-line. The manual is poorly written. (This seems to normal now). It was easy to unpack as, after removing the banding and the lid, the outer carboard sleeve lifted off leaving the unit on base.

The air conditioner is very good & has an app that can be used to operate it. I’ve given it 4 stars, as I’ve not tried the dehumidifier. I also found the window fitting kit, didn’t fit my window. Not a major problem for me, but my window was too small.

Good value for money works well

Pros: It works. Easy to move. Simple to use. LOUD but not as loud as I expected. Super effective at dehumidifying. Cons: Panels only big enough for a window, not a door. It kinda smells a tad eggy. Tube could be longer. Drainage a tad awkward. One-time WiFi setup was awkward. Overall: It works so well, that I’ve given away my dehumidifier, desk fan, and water-cooling tower fan, because this is so efficient.

This unit was bought to cool our bedroom, a task it accomplished with ease. Do keep in mind the rating when selecting a this type of unit. Too powerful and you are wasting money. Setting up the wi-fi was a breeze, took just a few minutes. The app works well, over wi-if or mobile data. No more waiting in a hot room until it cools. Fan works well, not used the dehumidifier function yet, but expect to help dry washing indoors this winter.
