For a washer/dryer it is a good product. It’s not too loud, the cycles are quick, and it’s easy to use. However, it’s meant to have sensors that stop the machine once the load is dry, and on several occasions I’ve taken the load out and it’s still been damp, having to put it on again. I’m also having to wipe the seal of the drum clean of fluff after every use.

Love the quick washes on this machine. I don't have really dirty stuff, just things that need refreshing so a 14 minute wash cycle is ideal. I haven't tried the dryer yet.

Received the washer and after a few washes the noise level increased. So I ended up getting a replacement and the second one has done the same thing. All travel bolts removed and washer perfectly level. So either I’ve received two faulty ones in a row, which seems unlikely, or the Db rating isn’t very accurate. Another problem is the sensor drying is rubbish. It says the clothes are cupboard/iron/fully dry but they are very clearly still damp so you have to put them back on for another cycle. After that they’re fine though. I’d probably give it a 3.75 but that’s not an option so I’ll round up.

Early days but seems like a good machine, loving the large drum as bigger than our last one and fits in loads! Bit on the noisy side. Haven't tried the dryer yet.

Very good as second one bought now

Nice machine. Quite quiet and for the price it’s good. The only problem is the integration. The door hinges are jn a different position to the one I had before. So I have to get that resolved. Also, the attachments looks a bit weird and stick quite get out to avoid the door. It comes with a plug which again was not ideal for me because I had a hard wired in built in appliance.

Good sized drum. Holds decent amount for drying. Only really loud on final washing spin. Stable when both drying and washing. Easy to use. Quick and varied settings. Well built. Has sensor to determine how long to dry so that clothes are properly dry, which not every washer dryer has. Good price. Easy install. Good 10 year parts guarantee

Happy with machine, lots of setting and quick wash is great.
