    Missing fully programmable Timer

    4/5
Cooker looks well and performs well so far, only had it 5 days but have found 1 issue that was not explained when searching for a cooker that met my requirements. Was going out for the day but wanted to put chicken in the oven on timer so that it would be hot and cooked for when I returned home. I had a Creda cooker for 27 years before this and you would set an End Time and a Cook Time. Modern technology you would think timer would of advanced, but I could not seem to find any way of setting a Start time or an end time for the oven, only option was a duration timer. So I can get cooker to turn off after a time delay, but not get it to turn on at a particular time. Does not explain that in description!!

It does what it says on the tin! However, it’s no where near as good as the original with the touch pad! Shame they’ve gone back to plastic knobs! Looks old fashioned!

    Electric cooker with steam function

    4/5
Great looking and good quality. Cooks like a dream. Only downside is instructions are extremely poor and having never used a steam function before clearer and more detailed ways of using would be advantageous. Also the functions on hob knobs are very small and also not clear. For these reasons only I have marked down a star.

Pleased with it, oven temperature is accurate and consistent. Minor quibbles: oven type selector is a bit vague in position, although it works ok. Dual ring takes a while to boil stuff on single mode, but dual mode works well

We happily recommend this well-engineered AEG cooker with it's set of well-thought out features, two decent sized ovens, good timer and useful grill (which makes great cheese-on-toast). It looks good too!

I am pleased with the overall look & performance so far. The knobbs situated on the top edge of the hob make the likelihood of pressing by mistake. The symbols on the oven knobbs are difficult to distinguish.

It’s going to take some getting used to. The hot plates are slow to heat up but at least I don’t burn things now!!
