I ordered our new Range master Classic as we were so pleased with the one we bought 20 years ago and we are emigrating to Corfu Greece.I ordered from a o .com as they are the best retailer to deal with ,easy to order on line the lowest price and our new cooker was delivered when they said it would be. They are the best retailer to buy from they have what you want at the best price and always deliver on time.

When you pay over £2000 for an oven you expect it to be perfect. The door on one oven doesnt stay open after opening - you have to use you elbow to hold it open when taking things out of the oven - dangerous when its hot! The door on the other over fouls the side of the oven and jams when closing then closes with a loud clank. Wish we had kept our old rangemaster

This would have received 5 starts but for the 'questionable' storage drawer at the bottom. The runners aren't great and it feels a little flimsy. AO did a great job with a delivery which could have proved a challenge due to limited manoeuvring space but the delivery guys were ace. Be aware, the cooker does not come with a gas hose so have one ready if you're opting for the fitting service (or maybe the fitter brings one with him/her. It would be worth checking this). This was a direct replacement for the older model and I did prefer the individual light switches for each oven of the last model. On this one, one switch turns on both oven lights even if you aren't using them both. All the knobs and handles feel good quality and I like the 'towel' bar. Make sure you have enough side clearance (75mm each side if non-combustible materials). If not, the wok might not sit squarely on the wok burner ring. I like the included griddle plate and it's really easy to level the cooker up with two front bolts that raise and lower the rear wheels individually allowing you to get a flat cooker (essential when you don't want all your fried eggs sliding to one side of the pan) Overall a great cooker with big ovens and a decent, evenly-cooking grill. It only dropped one star from the 5 available because of the 'flimsy' feel of the storage drawer runners.

A range cooker from a reliable brand, very pleased with the purchase. Chose to buy the cranberry version which really looks good next to our light oak kitchen units
Top class appliance and service from AO

This range was recommended as sturdy, reliable and value for money. It is all three. Solidly built it functions without fault and whilst its early days, we anticipate many years of excellent service. Buy cheap you pay twice my old dad used to say.

I really thought that I would like this Range Cooker. I hate it. If it wasn't connected and really tiled in there I think that I would send it back. For me the thing has so many faults for my way of cooking I don't know where to begin. The burners are larger than the last cooker I had yet they are slower. I put a small glass dish in 1 of the ovens and the shelves are so slippery, it shot over the back. There are little ridges on the floor of each oven and that makes it a little difficult to put a liner in to lie flat and catch the drips etc. Whoever thought that a tray on the door of the left oven would be a good idea should be shot! It kept getting in the way so have taken it and its holder out. Then we come to the grill - this is supposed to be a "Professional" Range and the grill will only take 2 slices of toast at a time. I had to buy a 4 slice electric toaster and am trying to use it to feed the family. Forget doing 2 toasted sandwiches in the grill at once - it just won't happen - and when my men and their friends are around and want feeding it just doesn't work for me. According to the instruction book you have to take the doors off to get to the glass to clean it - much prefer to have the glass just slide in and out. This Range is sturdy enough. I seems to be really solid and well put together. I love the black colour and its chrome. I have awarded it 2 stars on this alone. I just cannot get on with it. I can only hope that with time it will grow on me.
