My first ever cordless - makes the stairs SO much easier!!! :) Overall - really good design and easy to use. Only reasons I've not given it 5* are: 1. A little heavier and harder to handle than I expected when long stem not being used. 2. Emptying the dust cannister is a little fiddly 3. Not yet convinced by suction power. 4. It's very easy to accidently hit power off button when cleaning. That sounds quite negative - but overall - very good - and would recommend.

Great hoover excellent service from ao as usual

Way more powerful than I thought would be possible for a cordless, works well on carpets and hard flooring and charges quite quick. Really can't find any downside to it
