Service was excellent as always. Miele vacuum cleaners are the best at picking as the suction is very strong and the air released back into the room is very clean. The hose is very good as it doesn’t twist like other brands. Xxx

This is an excellent vacuum cleaner. It has plenty of oomph and sucks up dirt very efficiently - and relatively quietly. The machine and the tools are well built and durable. The power cord is a good length and the cord retractor works better than in any other brand I've used. The dust bags are easy to source and to install/remove. In addition to the tools included, Miele makes some very useful other ones, via their own store - e.g. a long crevice tool that makes getting crud out from under fridges and furniture a breeze! We've tried several vacuum brands over the decades but Miele machines have become our favourites because they're so reliable. We're glad we bought this one.

Good vacuum, but a little too strong! get a real work out of hoovering the house now!

Our previous Miele gave up the ghost after 16 years. I knew I wanted the same brand because it is reliable and sturdy. I love the colour. It is easy to pull and the suction is great.

WOW!! What a fabulous little hoover!! Not my first miele, but my first brand new!! Easy to pull along on both wooden floors and carpets. And the length of the cord, well, easily goes from the kitchen and to the top of the stairs without having to unplug or attempting to throw itself down the stairs half way through. On first use, managed all of downstairs and the stairs, in just over 10 minutes. My eufy, takes longer, just for the downstairs!! Has managed use by the teenagers cleaning their rooms. There's still rubbish and clothes on the floor but in reality, we all know the hoover isn't going to pick them up, and wash and dry them before spitting them out the other end folded. Despite not leaving the rooms as the fairies do, the teenagers were very impressed with the suction and ease of cleaning. Husband also approves. 'It's alright, innit'! After cleaning the understairs cupboard to make room for this fabulous hoover, is high praise indeed. The cats, weren't that bothered about the miele, they found it abit to jarring when first pulled along and much prefer the eufy in this regards.

Brilliant cleaner. Powerful suction removes dirt from furniture, floors, stairs and carpets. Bags easy to replace. Would be better if the control unit didn't pack up after 5 years but still good enough to buy an identical as replacement.
