Noisy & Water dispenser leaked. Water dispenser started leaking a drip or so here or there within first fortnight of use, sounds like nothing but by the time you’re out all day at work, that’s a puddle on the floor as the drip tray is tiny. Had to get a Beko engineer in (through AO customer services) no problems since. Also ordered this unit specifically for the lower decibels compared to other units. Despite constantly trying to adjust it 1mm here or there (noise seemed to stop if you touched it), no luck. Sometimes I thought I’d got the sweet spot and then a day later it would make a racket whenever it was cooling (so every 30mins or so). Water dispenser makes for awkward fridge door placement. It’s a shame the bottom shelf of the door doesn’t fit bottles. So it’s a 3/5 on this. If possible I’d definitely swap for another, but you can cope with it as it is.

I only bought this item because I didn’t have much space. I don’t like the water dispenser therefore I am not going to use it. It dribbles water and the very tiny tray to catch drips is very insufficient. It’s only really big enough for 1 person and I buy a lot of fresh produce for 2. The draws in freezer are flimsy.It’s not bad to look at but it’s quite noisy.fortunately I have a large fridge freezer in my garage so the purpose it’s serves it is ok for.

Would be a 5 as it is a lovely fridge but water leaks from the dispenser, you would expect a little bit but not as much as it does. I have taken it out and it looks like the seal isn't great. It is a good size fridge freezer.

It’s a lovely fridge freezer but I couldn’t fit a pizza into the freezer ! Luckily I have a chest freezer in my garage The freezer drawers are quite small.

Nice size but very noisy and doesn’t have the best of dispensers

Brought it specifically over others for the tap water dispenser. The dispenser leaks, making puddles in my kitchen. I have spoken to BEKO who will be sending a replacement part “at some point” so for now the feature I brought it for doesn’t work and I could’ve got a regular fridge for cheaper...

It’s a good product but for some reason it makes a loud vibration noise. When this happens we have to wiggle the fridge into a different position for it to stop? Weird..

One of the main reasons we purchased this was because a lot of the reviews said it’s really quiet. I would have to say that the fridge freezer is actually really loud and is constantly humming. That is the only reason for the 3 starts. Everything else about it is fine it’s just loud
