The product is good, feels sturdy and easy to use plus the features are great. My only issue was that one of the hobs did not work when it was installed. An engineer come within 2 days and stated that that hobs electric ignitor cable was touching another component so it was shorting out. A good safety feature in one case but also indicates that product testing wasn't efficient.

Amazing oven.... so happy with the service from ordering to cooking

As a first time user of AO I felt the need (not normally my kind of thing) to write a review. The service I have received from placing the order has been my best ever experience. My cooker is fantastic, having put up with a failing model for years I am cooking everything from cakes to casseroles. I have been updated with delivery time, I had a call to offer me the insurance but NO Pushy Salesman just advice...I did take the insurance and the delivery team were really helpful and smiley too! I will definitely be returning to purchase more....thank you

Faulous cooker, did everything as detailed and more, handled catering for 11 people no problem. Highly recommend to anyone.
