Honestly it was the best decision I’ve ever made I have an obsession with hosting and making food and giving it out to my friends and family the freezer has amazing amount of space and just so helpful especially when I do my bulk shopping it’s not noisy either it was a really good buy I absolutely love the freezer

its ok but the seal on the lid is faulty and dose not seal hotpoint will be coming to fix it , but very difficult to get hold of hotpoint they do not call you back when you arrange a call back done this 6 times but no call back

Lots of space, very quiet, love the fast freeze option. I didn't know how much the light would be useful but couldn't imagine it without it now. 2 baskets is very useful too. Be interesting to see how good the frost away is as time goes on but it's not frozen up like the last one we had at this point. Very happy!
