Well made freezer and a nice size for the family without being too big. Works in an outbuilding down to -15 so great to be able to have it in the garage out of the way.

Appalling! Plugged it in and it didn’t work! Got to wait for hotpoint engineer to come out because ao abdicated all responsibility for a faulty appliance. My contract was with ao so they should have replaced freezer no quibble. Disgusting company and will never buy from them again.

Freezer is excellent with lots of room for the food. Ordering it was easy and I was kept informed at every step. I had a message before the actual delivery time. The delivery men were quick and amazingly strong, just lifting my old freezer out over obstacles and bringing the new one in the same way. Such an easy way to order and obtain this item.
