Really like our new range cooker, takes a bit long to heat up and doesn't take big oven trays like our previous Neff oven, but overall would recommend . Very stylish in our new modern kit hen.

Oven is good. Gas buttons need to be held in for 10 seconds to keep hob lit while it warms up. Ignore the cash back offer as it is very difficult to make a successful claim. You have to wait 30 days, and if your claim is not accepted they give you 7 days to submit further info before voiding your claim. Their email went into my junk folder so I didn’t see it till too late

Great product- I’m able to cook multiple dishes at one time. Easy cleaning looks lovely. I had it installed by ao the guys explained the products use and when clean and tidy.

Ordered and arranged date for delivery, then realised I had made a mistake with the order so I rang the order line. They were very helpful and sorted it out there and then. On delivery day received prior time slot and the delivery crew were on time and very helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Received the cooker, as ordered, and was put into service straightaway. All instructions and advice was followed and ignition was applied. Happy to report all systems functioned successfully and our first meal cooked to perfection. HAPPY DAYS.

So far, this range seems much more efficient, quicker to heat up and quieter than the one it replaced. Having said that, the old one was 25 years old and it was on its last legs! Very pleased with how this cooker looks and how easy it is to use. Efficient use of space by going right down to the floor, enabling us to have 3 ovens in a 90cm gap.

Only had this a week and haven't used the "square" oven yet, but love the the tall oven. It holds 4 roasting trays easily, perfect for cooking roast spuds, veggies, Yorkshires and a crumble all at the same time. Best oven I've ever had in a cooker to date. The cast iron pot stands on the hob are heavy and solid. The centre wok ring is great, we don't have a deep fat fryer so we use it to "deep" fry in the wok with great results. The timer alarm is loud enough to be heard in our living room adjacent the kitchen, tho' not so loud that it's deafening in the kitchen itself. Unfortunately the cooker would only come half way through the house in it's packaging and the driver wasn't willing to unpack it to get it all the way into the kitchen. I did point out it was a domestic appliance being delivered to a domestic premises, but he explained there was an extra charge for unpacking the item from it's crate. After he'd left I unpacked it myself in a few minutes and dragged it the rest of the way to the kitchen on my own without any issues.

We replace an 18 yo version of the same dual-fuel range. This has much improved performance in that the ovens heat up faster and it has a tremendous grill - the one very poor performer on the older model. We love the large all-glass doors too. All round the insulation is superior. Ovens are modestly power rated that still heat up fast: the glass doors stay cool and they are easy to clean. (The inner door glass removes easily for cleaning.) What we don't like are the brain dead knobs. These polished chrome knobs only have a tiny pointer on the front facing edge: you cannot see it at all if you are standing close to the stove looking down and setting oven temperatures is extremely difficult because even stooping down, the pointers on the front of the knobs are miles from the temperature scale making alignment unnecessarily hard. Even worse, the scales are marked beneath the knobs making easy for a child to read but unnecessarily difficult for anyone over 4' tall. We will shortly be scratching narrow grooves in the chrome knobs and filling with red paint to act as sensible pointers. However, the minor niggles with the knobs doesn't distract from how well the stove performs and how great it looks. And it has cooked a cracking traditional Christmas cake!
