Good product let down by attention to detail.

    2/5
Product itself was very good, unfortunatly the instruction diagram and the sound deadening parts supplied bore no resemblance to each other. And the screws supplied to fit the door panel to the dishwasher were of different lengths, resulting in the longer screw puncturing the front face of the door.

    Dissapointing

Ok its the cheapest dishwasher, but it should still be a decent product. Dishwasher arrived and I unwrapped it to find that a plastic part at the back of the machine was broken. It looks like the person who packed it pulled the wastewater and water supply pipes to hard and split the plastic tabs. Not essential to the function of the machine, but not good either. Installation was a nightmare! There are 4 different installation manuals, none of which reference each other! As others have said, the sound insulation needs to be installed first before anything else, otherwise you have to disassemble all of your hard work. The instructions are also badly written, and dont give enough information. For example even though the instructions explain in detail how to add detergent, they dont give any details on how high to position the machine, or how far inside the cupboard. RECOMMENDATION: Position the dishwasher as low as possible so that the cupboard door doesnt collide with the kickboard when opened. Eventually got it installed minus the sound insulation which should have been installed first. Ran once then wouldnt run!!!?? TIP: If the eco light is flashing and the dishwasher wont run properly. Remove it from the cupboard and tilt to 45 degrees to let any water drain out from the flood sensor. Then reassemble, should work fine.

    VERY disappointing

I hardly ever write reviews but this dishwasher frustrates me on a daily basis so if I can save someone else the pain then it's worth the effort. To be fair, I have to say that it does have some good points to start. The programmes work well and the top tray can be lowered or raised which means that we can fit in glasses which were too tall for our old washer. However, my main gripe and ongoing frustration is with the bottom rack which is designed with woefully inadequate runners. When pulling the tray out and pushing it it, it constantly slides off its rails sending it sliding across the door (or worse) and when full of dishes and pans - it's an absolute nightmare to shift. I have to manhandle it daily and it's just so frustrating. I wish I'd never bought it. Save yourself the pain....

Noisy compared with A++ rating and poor instructions

    2/5
The fitting instructions are dramatically poor - the worst I've seen in years, poorly ordered such that things you need to do first are put at the back of the instructions - you need to uninstall to fix. The fittings and instructions are also in several parts and bags (not cross referenced). Fitting a dishwasher is not difficult but Beko have made it far more difficult an time consuming than it needs to be. The machine is surprisingly noisy, actually made me jump when it first thudded into action. The buying point for me was the A++ rating, but I have come to doubt if this is deserved (the inclusion of draft exclusion tape as part of the fitting kit is not a long term quality fix). Personally I would think carefully before choosing Beko again.

    Good product at ok price

Very good price to start with, not so good after all the add one but still ok, happy with the product itself. No complaints there.

    Decent

Seems too wash ok but no timer countdown which is annoying and I don’t like the touch control buttons as they are slow to respond

    Easy to operate

    3/5
It's capacity is significantly smaller than my previous dishwasher which is a shame but it cleans well and is easy to operate.
