It's OK my old one was better this seems 2 smell of burning ad it wks now still smells

Takes too long to dry clothes. Instructions followed by loading with half load. Product states sensors detect moisture and when cupboard dry is used they should be ready to go into the wardrobe. Clothes still take an extra hour to dry after all of the programs I've used.

I had a Beko dryer before and found it very good so was happy to replace with this one when it died. Unfortunately, the first one we received had a smoking smell coming from it and so was replaced. The second one we got gives off a huge amount of heat and has ruined several items of laundry that have been in the dryer several time before with no issue. I don’t trust this dryer and would not recommend or purchase again.

Tumble dryer doesn’t dry thoroughly even on extra dry setting. I have to put it on twice

Hi, Product not so good. I ordered this tumble dryer few weeks ago, read the instructions and learned how to use it. Unfortunately, it doesn't meet our expectations. Drying takes way too long and sensors that should recognise that clothing or bedding is still wet don't seem to be working either. I was looking forward to have cupboard dry stuff after choosing 'cupboard dry ' setting, unfortunately is not what it promised. Clothing still damp and the program has to be repeated. Very disappointed have to tumble 2/3 times to get cupboard dry

Not as efficient as my last Beko drier, one bath towel and one hand towel still damp after drying on 'towel' program. Wondering if there could be a fault, only had it just over a week used about 4 times each dry disappointing.

Overall not as good as the Hotpoint I just got rid of, big difference in cupboard dry, not as good, also it's all plastic, hope it doesn't overheat or it will melt.
