Hi, Product not so good. I ordered this tumble dryer few weeks ago, read the instructions and learned how to use it. Unfortunately, it doesn't meet our expectations. Drying takes way too long and sensors that should recognise that clothing or bedding is still wet don't seem to be working either. I was looking forward to have cupboard dry stuff after choosing 'cupboard dry ' setting, unfortunately is not what it promised. Clothing still damp and the program has to be repeated. Very disappointed have to tumble 2/3 times to get cupboard dry

Not as efficient as my last Beko drier, one bath towel and one hand towel still damp after drying on 'towel' program. Wondering if there could be a fault, only had it just over a week used about 4 times each dry disappointing.

Awkward to pack The blades don’t rotate as they should if there is anything popping through the rack

Sometimes it needs a second cycle as clothes aint fully dry

This appears to work ok but the drawer that holds the water is very small and the appearance of the product is not great

Delivery was quite slow and on arrival dryer did not work. Had to wait another week or so for an engineer to come out but when he did he fixed it really quickly (switch fault). Have not used it much yet but it does seem a bit noisy although I've not had a separate dryer before so this may be normal. Otherwise seems fine.
