The drier is quiet easy to use and efficient. The clothes dry well and crease free. Very satisfied so far. The delivery arrived promptly and within the time window. The delivery staff were delightful and helpful.

The first dryer didn’t work. But AO were really good and replaced it quickly and I’m very happy with it and the service from AO.

Excellent machine so far. Fairly quiet and great on delicates, nice to have a choice of program, and its eco friendly so what else is there to say. Awesome The best thing is the light inside , it helps me spot the cat who constantly jumps inside the machine when you open the door !!!! Takes a long time to dry, compared to vented dryer and far more expensive to buy. Not sure if you are saving enough energy to make sense, since a vented dryer takes a lot less time to dry a wash load and the cost is considerably less. However, if you can't accommodate a vented dryer, then a heat pump dryer makes sense. A 9 kg capacity is definitely more efficient, giving more space for the air to dry your clothes.
