The performance of the dryer is great. However the filter, as mentioned by some other customers is not suitable at all. There is a two filter system, but the fluff gets through both of them and enters into the heating element potentially causing a fire in the future. I am currently monitoring this and will be contacting AO and the manufacturer at some point. The seal is not suitable and I’ve had to Hoover out a load of fluff from inside.

Excellent value and simple to use machine. Economical A+ rating with great modern features - heat pump for efficiency and direct drain option (saves time wasted with dryer stopped waiting for you to empty the drawer!) Countdown timer to program end very useful also. Very easy to use, simple dial and push buttons. Fairly basic in terms of appearance but looks and feels sturdy and well built. Nice compact size also.

I think its a great dryer, had no problems so far. all my clothes & towles come out soft and fluffy and well dryed. It has a good short cycle as well. One thing to keep an eye on is the water container, it does fill up fast, (5 large towels straight from the washing machine on a level 3 towel dry will just about fill it) but you do have options to plumb into mains. All in all fab product.

Brilliant dryer! Easy set up. Has variety of programs for specific clothes, couldn’t be easier to use.

Overall very pleased with this tumble dryer. It has a good sized drum so good capacity, is quiet when operating and has a wide range of programmes to choose from. Easy to use and easy to empty the water from. Only problem is quite often the clothes come out quite creased.

The tumble dryer is brilliant, a real life changer for our family of four. It seems to be very energy efficient and lots of different settings. Very easy to use and even has a light in the drum!

Very impressed with this product. Previously had a condenser dryer and this is the first Heat Pump dryer. Takes a bit longer to dry but so much more heat retained in the machine appears to be more efficient. Filters easy to clean.
