Samsung Series 9 Heat pump out standing great machine, tech is great and easy to use so far not had long so getting use to programs settings works very well as one example towels dry really fluffy as the setting says would and will buy another when the time comes, hard to think how better the future models will get. great machine so far.

Was looking for an appliance that was quiet due to it being located in a open plan living arrangement. This fits the bill perfectly - not only quiet, but also an efficient and attractive looking appliance. Easy to install/use, simple instruction guide and numerous settings to choose from. Couldn't ask for a better product. Very impressed.

Amazing machine, the connected app is excellent. We did 9 dry cycles at a cost of £2.28, we pay 3.27p per Kwh, this machine will repay the extra cost over a condensing dryer quite quickly. We also bought the series 9 washer equally impressive and economical.

Tumbledryer took a little while to get used to but now excellent. Had it plumbed in which only took a few minutes. Loads of drying options and modes to choose from. Really easy to use.

Who might have thought a tumble dryer could be a thing of beauty? OK, beauty might be a step too far, but this is a slick looking machine. Unlike some other manufacturers with drums this size the overall machine footprint isn't huge. Drying cycles do take longer than the other vented dryer it's replaced but not pumping hot air out of a hole in the wall more than makes up for it. There are various cycles available - more than i realised necessary. Dials and controls are clear, it's the first laundry appliance I've owned that has a light on the inside when you open it and it plays a nice tune to let you know that it's finished. An expensive machine to buy, but I ran a cost benefit analysis against the old vented machine (or similar) and even with the c.£800 cost and running costs, this will still work out much cheaper than a less efficient machine over 5 years.

So far so good. It is slower than a standard condenser but much quieter and doesn’t fog up the utility!

Samsung series 9 tumble dryer has been the best tumble dryer I have bought for a long time.

This dryer is fantastic 9kg wow. All the useful bells and whistles you could ever want. Build quality 2nd to none. I put in wet clothes and 2 hours later lovely soft warm clothes. It even plays a lovely tune on completion. There are loads of programs for every type of drying you need. The water tray slides out great with no way of spilling or dripping, so yes you can plumb the tumble dryer in but in my instance I don't need to do that. The tumble dryer looks so so modern it adds style to my kitchen. It Will on average only cost you approx. £30 a year to run A+++ so top mark. Samsung a very high tech reliable company which gives you a 5 year parts and labour warranty. It just show how confident they are in its ongoing reliability. It has wifi and can work off the front controls or remotely via you mobile phone. This tumble drier is a smart device. It does not steam up your house. It is top of the range but you will get your investment back long term due to the A+++ rating very very cheap to run. There is nothing to dislike it matches the all the claims by samsung. But if you want a negative the level adjusting plastic adjusters are a bit tight and needs a set of mole grips or spanner to wind them out. Small negative but insignificant. Bought through a fantastic company who I can not fault in any way they lived upto my expectations....Fantastic tumble dryer bought through a good reliable Web based company.
