Excellent product. Had a standard condenser drier so opted for a Heat Pump & seen the Samsung which had good reviews. Happy with the purchase & AO’s excellent service all the way to the delivery guys.

Nothing that I don’t like about this washing machine ! It’s smart looking, modern and very easy to use with the added benefit of being able to add some missing items during the wash . I was originally only looking for a new washing machine due to continuous problems with my other manufacture machine , but decided to also replace my tumble dryer at the same time to match the graphite colour! So I also purchased the Samsung heat pump tumble dryer ! Two great products decided on Samsung because we purchased Samsung American fridge freezer a few years back and never had any issues ! No brainier !

Great Product, Great Price, Great Delivery. Had a discount code. Included 5 Year warranty and delivered in 2 days. Used the Tumble Dryer many times since installed, do not think the HEAT PUMP units are the same as the standard versions, these are more efficient and run at lower temperatures!!! Does not give the blistering heat of normal units. Great product, looks good, glad I purchased. AO - Lets GO!!!!!!

Super quiet compared to our old Candy bought in 2017. Lots of good settings and dries clothes a towels with care. We also have Samsung washer so all matches now too!

It’s good. Dries quickly but everything is so creased unless you use the anti-crease setting, which tumbles it for ages after the load is finished. I had to exchange the first machine because the door to the heat exchange rattled really loudly.
