The layout is appalling and if you don’t stack it correctly it doesn’t fully dissolve the tablet. The top rack continually wants to drop into the lower position . The door seal deformed after less than 12 months and it took Samsung’s agent Martin Dawes 3 attempts to fix it. The repair guy on the second attempt admitted he didn’t know what he was doing with that particular part!

worst dishwasher i have ever had, dont go there. when the cutlery basket is in it you cant fit any plates either side so capacity reduced considerably which is not satisfactory. right hand side of top basket keeps dropping down, hopefully they are going to fix it !!!! also integrated door template was wrong so took ages to fit door

Really great value machine. Even the worst stained dishes are cleaned. The economy wash is really good and gives a complete clean. The instructions for use are clear and easy to follow. Definately the best dishwasher to buy.

Slightly noisier than expected but not a problem. Can get more in than the previous dishwasher although it took a while to get used to the layout

Brilliant love the product

This dishwasher is good, it cleans well and has a good range of settings.

Overall a very good dishwasher, it's super silent. The only drawback this Samsung dishwasher has is that the end-of-cycle tones are not loud enough and, unlike with our previous machine, there is no projection of a light on the floor below the dishwasher door to indicate whether it's in operation or not.
