The trays design was completely useless for our rather chunky Anglo-Saxon crockery. The real problem was the softener system was not working correctly and Samsung support were unhelpful.

Easy on the eye, cleans dishes very well. Not noisy.

Excellent product and great price and service

The dishwasher is lovely and quiet, easy to load and to use. Our main gripe, and why I dropped a star, is that the childlock doesn't stay on if the dishwasher turns off, which it does automatically after its finished running. The childlock only works if the dishwasher is running a cycle. We bought this because it has a childlock but our 15 month old can turn it on and press the start button. It doesn't help that the default program is 3 hrs 45 minutes long... Not ideal if you have a curious child! But it's great otherwise! It cleans everything well.

I really like this dishwasher, the cutlery drawer cleans so much better than the standard racks, the middle drawer if lowered means plates will hot the washer but I have enough space if raised. You can move part of the cutlery drawer across so I have been able to put wine glasses in the raised middle drawer with no issue. I did read that some people had issues with items not drying well but I have found using the express wash (1 hour) with a final extened sanitizing rinse (around 68oc for 20 mins) drys the items well and gets them clean. I liked this dishwasher and it was the cheapest of the ones I was considering. The only issue I had was fitting the water inlet tube into the hole under the sink as there is a box attached but I brought an extension for around £7.00 and it works fine.
