The cutlery drawer doesn't wash properly so have had to remove and buy a basket. Tall glasses don't fit with the cutlery drawer in anyway even if you lower the rack. The tablet function only works on a couple if settings not on all and we have always used tablets. it doesn't always clean well either, to be honest I've paid much less for ones that wash better. I reported the things I consider faults and have had an engineer out who said its in full working order. So nothing I can do other than warn you.

Had it for about a two weeks. I was almost put off this dishwasher having seen a few bad reviews on various sites, But I don’t see what they were about. My glasses come out sparkling. it’s easy to use, many options. 90% of the time the dishes are fully dry. And the not fitting full sized plates.. It’s got more than enough room and the fact each draw is adjustable in height.. yeah bang on.

Not had a dishwasher for a few years and added this into a kitchen extension as I had the space. Not disappointed at all. Cleans everything well. Not used all the functions yet, i tend to use the economy cycle to do it's stuff through the night and empty it the next day and start again.

So far so good. Cutlery tray took some getting used to. With the cutlery tray being a 3rd tray it does mean tall glasses and larger dinner plates cannot be done at the same time. Maybe by altering some trays it could be. Dishes come out clean. Plastics slightly wet. But I don't use rinse aid. Just 3 in 1 tabs.

The trays design was completely useless for our rather chunky Anglo-Saxon crockery. The real problem was the softener system was not working correctly and Samsung support were unhelpful.

Great dishwasher, would recommend. Just remember when first using that the upper basket has two height settings, lift the basket to the highest setting to ensure large dinner plates fit on the lower basket.

Easy on the eye, cleans dishes very well. Not noisy.
