Quieter than other fans on the normal level setting, and I like the look of the design - it is very effective at removing steam and smells. Two small flaws for me - the lights are incredibly bright (so bright I'm hoping I can change the lightbulbs) and the control buttons can all be pressed in at the same time, rather than pressing one causes another to pop out again. There's no automatic shut off.

Pleased with this product and was really simple to install. Only downside i feel is that for re-circulation ventilation it needs another filter to be purchased at extra cost. Overall happy with the look and quality though.

Glad I picked this hood, is well built and covered in protective film for installation without scratches (just remember to take off certain bits when installing so you don't have to take it back off the wall like me!). Performs well, not too loud and seems to extract well. Only issue for me that lost a star rating was the wall brackets which are not threaded so getting the screws in took a lot of effort; also, the installation instructions were a little difficult to understand as a first timer and providing a template to place on the wall would be so much easier.

Ordered this as a replacement for an earlier faulty obsolete model. Fitted a treat.

Great service all round! The cooker hood arrived on time with good communication and in good condition. Delivery drivers was helpful, putting the item in a room of your choice. Cooker hood looks great, works very well, not too loud compared to others that I have had in the past. The front lights are very bright, so good to see what your doing when cooking. Solid built and electrician found it easy to put up:-)

I had this cooker extractor fitted by my builder, in fact he recommended it as he had the same one fitted in his own home. The lights are useful for illuminating the hob and adjacent areas and the fans seem powerful but not too noisy. I haven't had to clean the filter yet but I'm pleased with the extractor.

I have had it only a few weeks but up till now I am very impressed with it the look of it in my kitchen is very impressive and a very good price
