Product was relatively easy to install, bar the gas pipe that I hammered into!! The extractor fan is a little louder than expected but definitely removed the odour

I spent almost £500 on a stainless steel product which got rusty only because someone tried to clean it! This is not the quality you would have hoped for. I am totally disappointed.
Completely useless assistance received from Bosch, the engineer came and gone and left me with the rusty product. This is simply unacceptable.
The hood looks like 20 years old product where in fact it has still not been used at all. Wiping it off with a damp cloth should never every caused corrosion on stainless steel product!
