Nice, lightweight laptop. The keys feel nice, it's fast and has a great screen. The colours are really vivid.

Great laptop. Needed ina rush to start new job. Does everything I need and the service was very fast.

Many great features but you have to get used them. For example don't hold the on button down just give it a jab. The laptop thinks for a while then sparks into life. It takes a bit longer than you might think so have patience. The screen is bright with good colours and contrast. The keyboard is laptop quality. With the processor and SSD it is fast. Usually silent, but occasionally the processor seems to get upset and the fan starts whirring. I have no idea why and it's not because I am doing video processing or similar. It eventually calms down. The first thing I did was rip out Windows and install Linux. Installation was a breeze until I stumbled across something I haven't seen for years: the wifi device is not supported. This came as a bit of shock and I expect the information was there for me to fond and that it will be solved in 12 months. For now I use a USB <->wired Ethernet which is plug and play. Be aware the laptop won't boot with this plugged in (which is both small beer and a good security feature) I could probably sort it out in the BIOS but it isn't a priority

The Asus is an excellent pc and perfect for my needs I would certainly recommend it

Exactly what I needed.. covers everything I have to do. So far there's no problem at all.
