Laptop looks really sleek and durable, and is decent for basic use.
When my laptop first came, it was faulty and wouldn’t turn on. Although I don’t agree with disposing of something that can be fixed, I was a bit miffed that ASUS did not just replace it - especially as it was supposed to be a brand new item. I had to use my warranty and send it off to be fixed, meaning I went over a week without my laptop, which was frustrating, but can’t be helped.
I personally find the touch pad a bit annoying, I keep turning the number pad on by mistake and end up typing numbers/bringing the calculator up when I don’t need it. When using the touch pad to navigate up and down a page, I find it keeps zooming in and out instead of scrolling. However, I’m hoping that these things will happen less the more I get used to it and learn where not to touch the pad.
