Very slow to set up but not a bad computer.

It was extremely slow to start. Once it eventually started, it got to the updating windows screen and it restarted itself after about 10 minutes. This occurred one more time, before finally allowing me to start the set up of the computer. I was very close to calling AO and ask for a refund. My daughter seems happy with it now and it suits her for what she wants it for (watch you tube and play games), but I can see her needing a more powerful laptop when she gets older.

It’s ok for basic stuff. Very slow even using it for light use. But for the money it’s ok

    Good for basic use

Laptop looks really sleek and durable, and is decent for basic use. When my laptop first came, it was faulty and wouldn’t turn on. Although I don’t agree with disposing of something that can be fixed, I was a bit miffed that ASUS did not just replace it - especially as it was supposed to be a brand new item. I had to use my warranty and send it off to be fixed, meaning I went over a week without my laptop, which was frustrating, but can’t be helped. I personally find the touch pad a bit annoying, I keep turning the number pad on by mistake and end up typing numbers/bringing the calculator up when I don’t need it. When using the touch pad to navigate up and down a page, I find it keeps zooming in and out instead of scrolling. However, I’m hoping that these things will happen less the more I get used to it and learn where not to touch the pad.

It's good for what I need it for set up was a bit time consuming as it had to update and you have to set passwords and email address up but overall it's a quick little laptop probably be best suited for kids to do there school work on
